Cable & Wireless in the UK, US and Japan teamed up with JacobsRimell to create a highly-scalable set of dial and virtual ISP services based on open Internet standards. In doing so, it gained a highly-scalable, distributed environment capable of supporting both global and regional product sets. JR's APSDP platform is used to provide flow-through provisioning for Cable and Wireless's hosting as well as dial services.
Cablecom
Cablecom is Switzerland’s largest cable network operator, offering its customers quadruple-play products in cable television, broadband Internet, mobile and fixed-network telephone services. JR’s provisions Cablecom’s broadband Internet and VoIP customers.
 

Cbeyond Communications
Cbeyond is hugely successful US based CLEC with the first 100% VoIP based network,  Cbeyond is focused on the small/medium business market and currently supports >29,000 SMB customers. 

The JR solution is deployed for the fulfillment and management of VoIP and unified messaging in a fixed/mobile converged solution-based offerings for the business market.

Comcast is the largest cable MSO in the world with more than 24 million customers.  At Comcast JR is currently delivering the world’s largest single implementation of service fulfillment supporting more than  14 million users of high speed internet and VoIP services. JR's platform has been in production for three years and has established a strong reputation for robustness and scalability in production.

Get is Norway's leading digital TV and broadband provider and the 2nd largest network to private customers.

JR provides a converged service fulfillment platform for all Get’s services for multiple access technologies. JR’s APSDP provides automated fulfillment for VoIP, High Speed Internet, and Video on Demand services.

UPC Broadband
UPC (part of Liberty Global)  is the largest European operator, whose operations spans 11 countries and pass more than 15 million homes. 
UPC has installed APSDP for more than three million users in all 11 countries in a mixture of logically partitioned and dedicated implementations supporting local business processes, languages and products.  At the largest of those implementations, in the Netherlands, JR manages triple play fulfillment and is planning to introduce Subscriber Information Management.
Virgin Media
Virgin Media is the largest cable operator in the UK with over 15 million RGUs. JR won the DTV consolidation contract to provide automated fulfillment and more than 2 million digital TV and broadband Internet subscribers.
