Duncan Lewis was elected Chairman in February 2007. Mr. Lewis is a Senior Advisor to the Carlyle Group in Telecom, Media and Technology where he assists Carlyle in developing strategy and identifying investments. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Lewis served at GTS from January 2001 to March 2002 when the company was sold. At the time, GTS ran Europe’s largest optical and IP network carrying more than 25% of Europe’s Internet traffic. Prior to joining GTS, Mr. Lewis was Managing Director and Chief Corporate Development Officer of Equant NV from 1998 to 2000, which operates the world’s largest global data network exclusively serving multinational companies. Before Equant, Mr. Lewis’s senior roles included Chief Executive Officer, Granada Media Group; Chief Executive Officer, Mercury Communications, then a subsidiary of Cable and Wireless. He also served as Managing Director, Europe and Managing Director, Business Networks at Cable and Wireless. He also held various senior roles at British Telecom, including Director of Procurement, Strategy, and Network Services. Prior to joining British Telecom, Mr. Lewis worked in telecom manufacturing and in the computing industry; and for a time was at the National Economic Development Office. |

Simon Clark

At Fidelity Simon focuses on investments in emerging European companies. He sits on the Board of Directors at Netonomy, JacobsRimell and NetSeal.
Prior to joining Fidelity in 1999, Simon was Chief Financial Officer and the International General Manager at TheStreet.com, a financial news website. He spent over seven years at Reuters in finance, IT and New Media, where he was responsible for the company's Internet presence, and created Reuters.com.
Simon trained as a Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse in London. He read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Wadham College, Oxford. |

David Jacobs

David Jacobs, co-founder of JacobsRimell, has over 20 years experience in networking and the online industry. David led the company from inception as a professional services company, through its transition to become the leading provider of service delivery software services. As CTO he is responsible for JacobsRimell’s service deployment and development activities. Previously, David spent 11 years with Reuters in a number of senior roles culminating in the deployment of a global Frame Relay infrastructure and one of the world’s first global IP extranets for the delivery of all Reuters information services. In addition to overseeing the management of Reuters’ complex IP network facilities, David was also responsible for the management of international bandwidth, network management systems and Quality of Service capabilities. David received a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middlesex University, London. |

Nenad Marovac

Mr. Marovac is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of DN Capital which is a pan-European venture capital firm focusing on investments in software, hardware and services in and around communications. He is responsible for fund raising, general management of DN Capital, and for advising the General Partner on the later stage investment strategy of the Fund. He is closely involved in advising on investments in the areas of software, broadband media and IT services.
Mr. Marovac founded DN Capital in June 2000 after leaving Advent International, one of the world's leading global private equity houses, where he was a partner in the London office. At Advent International, he spent five years investing in European media, IT services, Internet and telecom companies. His investments include Synergon, Hogart, Internet Securities and @Entertainment.
Prior to joining Advent International, Mr. Marovac worked in Berlin as an M&A advisor to the Treuhandanstalt, the German agency charged with privatizing and restructuring former East German companies. Before that he spent two years as a Financial Analyst in the Merchant Banking Group of Bankers Trust in New York where he focused on leveraged buyout financings in the media communications sector.
Mr. Marovac received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration cum laude from San Diego State University with Distinction in Finance. |

Maurice O'Connor

Maurice O’Connor was appointed Chief Operating Officer and joined the Board in April 2007 having previously served as JR’s Chief Financial Officer. Maurice joined JR in December 2003 to lead the implementation of the JR APS 4 solution in Philadelphia, as part of the Bedrock project at Comcast, and was appointed CFO in June 2004. Maurice has over 20 years of commercial, financial, operational and strategic experience in the software and communications sectors including funding and development of early stage high technology companies and cable experience working for UPC in Europe. Whilst at UPC in Amsterdam, Maurice worked to initiate a joint venture between Accenture and UPC to commercialize the Derby integrated suite of customer care, billing and fulfilment solutions. Maurice has an honours degree in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. |

David Rice-Jones

David Rice-Jones joined JacobsRimell as Chief Financial Officer in May 2007. David has 18 years' financial and operational experience in the software and telco sectors. Prior to joining JacobsRimell, David was CFO of Cramer, the market leading provider of inventory management systems for telcos. At Cramer David worked with three CEO’s over four years to increase revenues by 40% compound, was responsible for Cramer’s acquisition of T-Soft and lead commercial and contractual negotiations during the sale of Cramer to Amdocs for $425m cash in August 2006. David has previously headed up European Finance for Access360, Continuus Software and Cadence and his early career was spent at Nortel where he held a variety of commercial finance positions. David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and has an honors degree in Engineering Science and Management from Durham University. |

George Shanks

George Shanks joined JacobsRimell as Chief Executive Officer in March 2003 to lead the company in exploiting the excellent service and customer foundations already achieved. Prior to joining JacobsRimell, George was Vice President, EMEA at Inktomi Corporation, a provider of content networking and search software for telecom service providers and global enterprises. George joined Inktomi from three years at internet consultancy Rubus where he was a co-founder. Before that, George spent nine years as a Regional Director at Oracle UK establishing the company as the dominant database supplier to the telecom industry, and latterly as Director of Sales & Operations for Oracle's European Telecom Industry business. George holds an honors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol. |
